How to use a backup code. If your authenticator app is unavailable during sign-in, enter one unused backup code in the MFA Verification Code field instead of the normal six-digit authenticator code. Each backup code can be used only once.

How to regenerate backup codes. After you are signed in, open Account Security / MFA and select Regenerate Backup Codes. Regenerating creates a new set and immediately invalidates all previously unused backup codes. The new set must be reviewed and acknowledged again.

Your responsibility. If you choose to keep backup codes, you are responsible for storing and protecting them securely. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Studio A International, LLC is not responsible for unauthorized account access resulting from backup codes that are lost, disclosed, copied, shared, or stored insecurely by the customer or another person acting on the customer's behalf.

If you do not want to use backup codes. You may choose not to save them anywhere. In that case, if you later lose access to your authenticator, you may need assistance from Studio A International, LLC or may need to re-enroll MFA before account access can be restored.
